When it comes to your wedding most couples are so high on happiness (endorphins) and adrenaline that the majority of them only remember very big details like cutting the cake or the wedding vows. Most brides will forget what there cake cutter looked like or how beautiful their nails looked with their ring.
The Details can tell a story
The detail photos of your wedding can show any story about you and your partner. it can show how you meet, what the two of you like together, what your style is. Why do I care about photos that just show our style? You care about them because they make for great memories like previously stated and they are great for Instagram, just saying.
Pick a photographer that knows details
Any photographer can take photos of smiling guests. But not every photographer knows how to take detail photos. Why do I say this? Because detail shoots need to be perfectly composed. They have to be staged and frame in camera correctly and artistically. Detail photos are not always seen by everyone else. Photographers (good ones) will be able to see what will make for a good detail photo.
